With over 30,000 attendees and 2,000 exhibitors, PACK EXPO Las Vegas is the place to be to connect with packaging and processing professionals from over 40 vertical industries.

What is PACK EXPO

PACK EXPO is the most expansive packaging and processing show in North America. This year’s show will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), from Monday, September 11 to Wednesday, September 13, where attendees will have the opportunity to experience the latest and greatest in all things packaging. To register for PACK EXPO 2023, the cost is $30 (early-bird pricing). After August 18, the cost will be $130. What to Do at PACK EXPO 2023

Accommodations for PACK EXPO

Attendees planning their trip to PACK EXPO can visit the Travel & Hotel page and book rooms online with the official PACK EXPO Las Vegas Hotel Reservation Office (Expovision), beginning January 2023.

There will also be transportation accommodations including a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotels and LVCC, a tram service called PACK EXPRESS between North/Central and South Halls, and an airport service to McCarran airport from LVCC.

Show organizers will mail badges to attendees in the United States who register on or before August 25. For International registrants, badges will be held for onsite pickup in Attendee Registration.

Is there a virtual registration option?

For those who are unable to attend PACK EXPO Las Vegas in person, limited aspects of the live event will be available online. Registration for PACK EXPO Xpress is $30 (register by August 18) and includes:

Ability to search products and exhibitors, including matchmaking capabilities and opportunities to connect with exhibitors in their online showrooms
On-demand access to some educational content during and after the show

Attendees can also upgrade their registration to attend in person for no additional fee if registered by August 18. Upgrades to in-person attendance after August 18 will cost $130.
