Fresh-Lock^® Particle Resistant Closures

More powdered and granular products are moving from rigid to flexible pouches, so it’s important to use closures designed to keep those products secure and dry use after use. Adding closures designed to reduce lock contamination helps provide open/reclose reliability to boost consumers confidence in the package. Available in a Particle Plow Slider or press-to-close zippers, we have designed the Fresh-Lock Particle Resistant Closures to protect those hard to hold products.

Particle Plow Slider Features:

• Clears particles from the zipper enabling easy, reliable closing
• Compatible with numerous open, fill, seal and manual feed sealing equipment
• Insertion equipment includes SR-T100 and SR-202 inserter models
• Ultrasonics for reliable slider tension
• Utilizes either Presto SR-T100 or SR-202 slider application equipment

Particle Resistant Zippers Features:

• Anti-clogging lock for smooth, clean zipper performance
• Closes securely for a tight seal to lock in product contents and prevent spillage
• Applies easily to many packaging film structures
• Easy crushing locks require minimal heat for sealing, which reduces film distortion while supporting faster converting cycles
• Works well with in-line/form/fill and seal pouch applications
